Feather condition: Mostly downy, some pins forming Ectoparasites: Removed 2 ticks from R leg Radiographic findings: NSF. Some casting material in GI. Initial treatment: 10cc LRS SQ in R inguinal. A: Apparently healthy baby, NSF pending more thorough ocular exam. Removed two ticks and did not see any more but baby was getting very squirmy by then. Finder reported having cut down a ~20' tree snag yesterday. An adult BAOW heard hooting in the area along with baby having been visited and fed on the ground overnight indicative of presence of parents. P: HF in CAMO TID. Monitor processing. 4/27 - fundic, blood, fecal, discuss placing surrogate nest on finder's property pending no significant findings. 4/28 - vet check if still in care
